We are very fortunate that Mrs Kent, one of our Early Years teachers is also a qualified fitness instructor with a diploma in positive psychology and a certificate in yoga and mindfulness for children with autism and ADHD. She is putting together a series of videos that share some strategies for children and families that may help to give them the tools for a calmer, healthier and happier life.
1 Intro to Mindfulness and Breathing
The first video explains briefly what mindfulness is and the importance of breathing correctly to regulate emotions and put the body into a state of calm.
